For every 4 Basic ATKs cast by the Echomancer, the 4th ATK will select one enemy target (the target will be the one with the highest HP among those hit by this ATK, or an elite/boss unit). The selected target will take Fire DMG equal to 900% (Lv.1)/ 1800% (Lv.2)/ 2700% (Lv.3) the Echomancer's Final ATK, within a radius of 100. This effect can trigger once every 5 seconds per Echomancer.
